Meet Sahar Paz

Author. Speaker. Stage 4 Cancer. Survivor.Voice of a Healing Revolution.

Sahar Paz is a certified Nervous System Regulation Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence–certified through Harvard, and a Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher. She is also a Stage 4 breast cancer survivor who was once told she had 2–5 years left to live.

That moment changed everything.

Instead of collapsing into fear, Sahar began regulating her nervous system, moving trauma out of her body, and leaving survival mode for good. She shifted the way she lived. The way she worked. The way she loved. And against the odds, she healed.

Now she dedicates her life to teaching others what she learned firsthand: when the nervous system feels safe, the body can repair. When trauma integrates, clarity returns. When survival softens, joy becomes possible again.

Through House of Paz, Sahar integrates emotional intelligence, somatic regulation, and meditation to help people move beyond anxiety, depression, and diagnosis — and into resilience, preventative care, and lasting peace.
